Vegetable capsules are HPMC capsules made from plant cellulose or water-soluble polysaccharides, in which the cellulose is 2-hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, generally using short cotton linters or wood pulp as raw materials, made by etherification. For example, carrageenan, pectin, agar, sodium alginate and guar gum are all extracted from plants, and some of their characteristics are the same as animal gelatin.


The current main application field of Vegetable capsules is in the health care product industry, and the demand mainly comes from the overseas health care product market.
