Application of PAC HV

As top of polyanionic cellulose suppliers in China, KimaCell^® PAC HV is mainly used in oil drilling fluid, cementing fluid and fracturing fluid.

Application in fresh water, sea water and saturated brine

• The replacement molecules are uniform, the dosage is small, and the pulping rate is high;

• Good salt and alkali resistance, strong antibacterial performance, and easy to use;

• The fluid loss reduction and viscosification effects are obvious;

• Rheological control and strong suspension ability.

Application in drilling fluid

• Protect the well wall, prevent mud loss, and carry cuttings;

• Protect the drill bit and increase the drilling speed;

• In low-solids and solids-free drilling fluids, it can significantly reduce fluid loss and reduce mud cake thickness;

• It has a good inhibitory effect on shale hydration.

Application in cementing fluid

• It can better protect the well wall and prevent fluid from entering pores and fractures;

• It can better control fluid viscosity, suspend heavy objects, and prevent fluid loss.

Application in fracturing fluid

• PAC products are used in fracturing fluids, which can efficiently carry "fillers" into oil well fractures, establish permeation channels, and effectively control fluid entering into oil well structures, reducing fluid loss and pressure drop;

• Ultra-high viscosity products can also replace guar gum to reduce production costs.
